Redwan’s entire gamut of career in the arena of HR & Administration, he has developed himself as a true professional of HR and practiced almost every wing of HR like talent sourcing, employee development, people management, organizational development etc. Having more than 18 years of practical experiences, from the Tea Trading to Pharmaceutical to the Automobile to Corporate HR, in the Supply Chain Management of RMG and now as consultant, he worked with the development & improvement of different HR policies, procedures, SOP, efficient & effective implementation and get the employees being familiar of the same. Working with the senior management, employers on necessary approval, changes or amendment, appraisal issues, different recommendations etc. helped him being keener and stronger in decision making and practice his leadership style. Alongside, he has vast experiences working in employee development in all aspects. Apart from the HR, Learning & OD responsibilities, he is also experienced in the expatriate recruitment and legal issues i.e., Work Permit, Employment Visa & Security Clearance related matters. Also dealt with the Government bodies related with expatriate matters like Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), Department of Immigration & Passport (DIP), Ministry of Home Affairs, Special Branch of Police (SB), National Security Intelligence (NSI) etc
